    The noise at night in this hotel is unbearable, even for a five-star hotel, and finding a staff member to address it was like searching for a needle in a haystack. I also expected some complimentary welcome gift for the inconvenience but apparently, that was too much to ask. Almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

    plentiful breakfast, a lot of meals. excellent and absolutely perfect setting in the very very nice area, so close to the center of the best area of town to stay for dinning and night life, parks and great restaurants, night life and shopping.

    The location is unbeatable, just steps from the nightlife 🌟 The room was spacious but the noise at night really disrupted our sleep. Hope they can soundproof those walls more!

    Staff were not motivated....seems there is a management problem. Only warm water for showering and despite requests nothing was done. If they want to attract international guests they should change their attitude and be more welcoming.
